Ricardo Medina

I was born in Medford Oregon and moved to Klamath Falls at the age of 4.
I attended Klamath Union High School.
From there, I worked as a carpenter and local contractor for over 15 years.
I first started working with computers at the age of 12. We used the Commodore 64 to create data applications in my 7th and 8th grade classes.
Currently I have been working with Adobe software for the last 10 years. I started with Photoshop version 7 and currently use version SC3.
Along with using Photoshop, I also understand Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat, Flash, Dream Weaver, Encore, Illustrator, SoundBooth and many other software applications.
My wife, Michele, and I have worked with local teenagers as youth pastors for a period of about 10 years. We have also been Oregon State foster parents for 6 years, specializing in the special needs of FAS and FAE children.
We have 2 children, Mike 23 yrs old, and Ruby 14 yrs old. We have many animals, currently 9, and in the past we have had as many as 27 animals; dogs, cats, goats, birds, fish and others.
I love working at EagleRidge. The entire staff, board members and community partners are absolutely amazing. We all have a great passion to help guild our local youth to a successful and empowering future. Our administration works hard at making sure that all students are managed equally and fair. Although I have only worked at EagleRidge just 1 year now, it feels like home. The students love the school and feel safe, that alone is a mighty accomplishment.
