Jennifer Cole
Mrs. Jennifer Cole is happy to join EagleRidge as the newest addition to the teaching staff. Jennifer has lived in Klamath Falls since 1993. She has a Master's degree in Education and in Romance Language and taught French at the University of Oregon before moving to Klamath Falls. Her husband is a Firefighter/Paramedic and she is the mother of two fabulous boys, Jonathan (an EagleRidge student) and Gabriel who is in sixth grade.
Mrs. Cole is committed to helping students reconnect with a joy of reading and a love of literature through close textual study and lots of recreational reading. She is a strong teacher of writing and is excited to bring her love of language and literature to the students and families of EagleRidge. This year, Mrs. Cole will teach alongside Mr. Martinez and will return to university herself to pursue an endorsement in teaching English to speakers of other languages.
Mrs. Cole enjoys backpacking, swimming, and reading (go figure!). She is a native of Canada and French is her second language. She invites all EagleRidge parents to contact her if they have any questions or concerns about about their students or want to discuss their personal literacy concerns.
